Why take privates?
Shine the spotlight on yourself, you deserve it
There is a lot of versatility that comes with private sessions. Private sessions provide the opportunity to create a routine tailored to all your needs, be they movement modifications or time restrictions. Private sessions can be ongoing, or short term, as you get comfortable with your movement before attending group classes. Here are a few ways private sessions can work for you.
Get comfortable Do you want to join a class but only until you feel a little more prepared and comfortable? In a private session you can get that initial experience. A private session can be the time to learn proper form and how to maintain it, along with engagement, and really nail down what stretches work best for you, before heading into a class setting. Keep in mind, I’m always here to support you, whether it is in a private session or a group class – just give me a wave!
A space to ask questions Whether we are working together in a private session or a group class, you are always welcome to ask questions. In a private session, however, you get to ask all the questions. Take advantage of the undivided attention, you don’t need to wait your turn because this session is one giant your turn!
Create something just for you A private session creates a space where we can lay down personalized groundwork and really tailor a routine fit for your needs and wants. These sessions not only work around your schedule but your pace. A session provides the time and space to take a look at any needed adjustments and modifications, so that we can create a clear regimen for a session as unique as you. After we wrap up, I will send you a follow up of stretches and movements that we worked on, so that you can continue your work at your own pace.
If you want to try out a private session, know that I offer class cards for privates. Class cards can be used for 30-minute or 60-minute sessions, and they provide you with a discount. You can check this out on the Privates section of my booking page, under ‘Class Cards’.
