Not seeing results?
You’re moving regularly, you’re keeping hydrated, and you’re staying nourished – so what’s going on?
It’s frustrating, I get it. You’re doing all the right things but it feels like nothing is happening. Take solace in the fact that results don’t happen overnight, and that you are probably further along than you think. Our goals change and evolve as we do. OK, you’re thinking, these are nice things to hear, but what about my results? Try some of these techniques to give yourself that extra push. It may be that all you need is a different approach.
Muscle confusion and progression
To keep things challenging, physically and mentally, vary up your movements. Switch the order of your movements while incorporating something new. Muscle confusion will prevent your body from adapting to your routine. To create progression, increase the duration of a stretch or increase the number of reps. Switch it up

Recovery style
What does a rest day look like to you? Maybe a rest day is a day of lighter stretching, or a total ‘day off’ to prevent burnout. Recovery is necessary to healthy movement and progression, so make sure to take a break, stay hydrated, and maintain a healthy sleep routine.
