I love Vera’s classes! It’s great to experience stretching and flexibility poses that are thoughtful about people of all body types. She is a great teacher, very responsive, and I feel really good after her classes. Vera took time in the class to address my knee issues and strategize alternate stretches that would be more comfortable. Highly recommend!
